Fabriqué avec des cheveux brésiliens" caractérisés par un toucher doux, un lustre moyen et une épaisseur avec une durabilité naturelle qui tient bien sous diverses températures et conditions. Il s'agit également d'une couleur noire naturelle profonde qui se rapproche de ce que l'on appelle la couleur (1B). Les cheveux sont insérés dans la dentelle et couvre toute la tête.

6A- Qualité des cheveux : les cheveux vierges ne sont pas traités, aucun produit chimique n'est traité, ils sont 100 % naturels, il n'y a donc aucun dommage à la cuticule qui protège les cheveux des éléments. Nos cheveux sont sélectionnés à la main pour une assurance qualité. Les extensions de cheveux vierges sont naturellement douces et belles. Un grand soin est apporté à ce que toutes les cuticules soient orientées dans la même direction pour éviter les emmêlements, ce type de cheveux provient d'un seul donneur.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of the order being placed. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 days to ascertain whether you want an exchange for another item. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once an order is ready you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 2 - 5 business days to receive your order.
Return Policy for HAIR:
If you are unhappy with your hair, or wig closure for any reason, simply let us know and we will exchange it for another hair. You can even exchange it for a different hairstyle and length for a small fee. The hair unit cannot be altered in any way---don’t wear, style, cut, color wash, or glue.

Please note: Human hair extensions and makeup are considered hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your hair product and you feel it is not as described, you can return it within 14 days. You will be refunded the hair price at the time of purchase only, postage is a non-refundable restocking fee may apply. Before returning or exchanging please make sure no part of the packaging has been removed or damaged. For hygiene reasons, we only offer exchanges on hair products that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with. The item MUST be returned in its original condition. If an inaccurate product has been shipped to you, please contact us immediately within three business days at this number 618-394-0345 during business hours Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 8pm central US time . Once we have the product returned and inspected, we will send an immediate replacement . Please be advace there will be no return on any Skincare and makeup
